Click the "Add Cash" or "Gift Cards" button in the DigitalVerse app to open the Gift Card Store. You can also navigate directly to digitalverse.in/coupon. Your login session carries over automatically — no need to log in again.

Browse and choose a Gift Card Pack

Browse the available gift card packs. Each pack shows the purchase price and the credit value you'll receive. Some packs offer bonus credits — you get more than you pay for!

💡 Look for packs with a green "% OFF" badge — these offer the best value and include bonus credits on top of the base amount.

Click "View Deal" and confirm your purchase

Click on any pack card or the "View Deal" button to initiate the purchase. A confirmation popup will appear showing the pack name, price, and credits you will receive. Review the details and click "Pay Now" to proceed.

Can I buy a gift card without logging in?

No. You must be logged into your DigitalVerse account to purchase a gift card, as the credits are tied directly to your account. Please log in first via the DigitalVerse app, then visit the gift card store.

Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?

The minimum and maximum purchase amounts depend on the available gift card packs listed on the store at any given time. Pack prices are set by DigitalVerse and may vary. There are no additional limits on top of the listed pack prices.

Can I buy multiple gift card packs in one session?

Yes. You can make multiple purchases in a single session. Each purchase is a separate Razorpay transaction and a separate credit to your account.

My payment failed. Will I be charged?

If a payment attempt fails, no gift card credit is issued. If your bank account was debited despite the failure, Razorpay automatically reverses the amount to your payment method within 5–7 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Can I gift a card to another DigitalVerse user?

Currently, gift card credits purchased through this store are credited only to the logged-in buyer's account. Gifting to another account is not supported at this time.

Do gift card credits expire?

Gift card credits credited to your DigitalVerse account do not have a fixed expiry date. However, they are subject to DigitalVerse's platform terms. Discounted voucher codes from partner brands may have expiry dates — check the individual card listing for details.

Do source code and video course purchases expire, or can I re-download/re-watch later?

No — both are lifetime purchases with no subscription. Once bought, they're permanently tied to your DigitalVerse account. Reopen the same product listing anytime and it will show "YOU OWN THIS" with an active download/access button.

Can I get a refund on a source code pack or video course after purchase?
