1. Definitions

• "DigitalVerse" refers to the platform operating the gift card store at digitalverse.in.
• "Gift Card" refers to a digital prepaid value pack purchased through this store and credited to your DigitalVerse account.
• "Discounted Gift Card" refers to a third-party voucher/coupon code purchased through this store at a discounted price, redeemable on the respective partner brand's platform.
• "Source Code Product" refers to a digital software source code package purchased through the Source Code section of this store, delivered as a downloadable archive or link.
• "Video Course" refers to a pre-recorded educational video product purchased through the Video Courses section of this store, delivered as streaming or downloadable access.
• "Customer" refers to any registered DigitalVerse user who makes a purchase through this store.
• "Razorpay" refers to Razorpay Software Private Limited, our authorised payment gateway partner.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this store.
• You must have a valid, registered DigitalVerse account in good standing.
• You must be resident in India. This store is intended for Indian customers only.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment instrument (card, UPI, net banking) used for the purchase.

3. Gift Card Purchases

3.1 What You Are Buying

When you purchase a Gift Card pack from this store, you are purchasing a prepaid digital credit of the specified value. Upon successful payment, this credit is applied to your DigitalVerse account balance instantly.

3.2 Delivery

Gift card credits are delivered to your registered DigitalVerse account within seconds of payment confirmation. If you do not receive the credit within 10 minutes of a successful payment, please contact support@digitalverse.in with your Razorpay Payment ID.

3.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on this store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. DigitalVerse reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your purchase is final.

3.4 Bonus Credits

Certain gift card packs may include bonus credits above the base purchase value. Bonus credits are promotional offers and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Bonus credits carry no cash value and cannot be converted back to money.

3.5 Gift Card Validity

Gift card credits credited to your DigitalVerse account are valid for use within the DigitalVerse platform. Credits that remain unused do not expire but are subject to the account terms of DigitalVerse's main platform.

4. Discounted Gift Cards

4.1 Nature of Discounted Gift Cards

Discounted Gift Cards are pre-purchased voucher codes from third-party partner brands sold at a discount. These codes are for use on the respective brand's website or app — not on DigitalVerse.

4.2 Code Delivery

After successful payment, the voucher code is displayed on-screen and is also accessible from your purchase history. It is your responsibility to copy and store the code safely.

4.3 Third-Party Terms

Discounted Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand. DigitalVerse is not responsible for how, where, or when a third-party code can be redeemed. If a code is rejected by a third-party platform, please contact that brand's support team directly.

4.4 Expiry

Discounted Gift Cards may have an expiry date as set by the issuing brand. The expiry date (if any) is displayed on the product listing and in the purchase confirmation. DigitalVerse is not responsible for unused codes that expire.

4A. Source Code Products

4A.1 What You Are Buying

When you purchase a Source Code Product, you are buying a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided source code — you are not purchasing full ownership or copyright of the code. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, you may:

• Use the source code to build and launch your own personal or commercial applications.
• Modify the code to suit your own project.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code itself as a standalone product, template, or course.
• Claim the original source code as your own original creation when reselling a derivative product built on top of it, without disclosing that it is built on licensed third-party code where legally required.

4A.2 Delivery

After successful payment, a secure private download link or access URL is revealed instantly inside the product's purchase modal. Your purchase is permanently tied to your DigitalVerse account, so you can re-access it anytime by reopening the same product listing.

4A.3 Updates & Support

Buyers receive free access to major updates or critical bug fixes pushed to a purchased Source Code Product. Basic setup support is provided via email/WhatsApp as described on the product page. Custom development beyond the scope of the purchased product is not included and must be arranged separately.

4A.4 No Warranty of Fitness

Source Code Products are provided "as is". DigitalVerse does not guarantee the code will be free of bugs, will work in every environment, or will meet every customer's specific technical requirements. Product descriptions, tech stack, and included features are disclosed on each product page prior to purchase.

4B. Video Courses

4B.1 What You Are Buying

When you purchase a Video Course, you are buying a personal, non-transferable license to view the course content for your own learning. You may not share your account access, re-record, redistribute, re-upload, or resell the video content in any form.

4B.2 Delivery & Access

Access to a purchased Video Course is unlocked instantly in your DigitalVerse account upon payment confirmation and does not expire. Depending on the course, content is delivered as streaming access, a downloadable archive, or both, as indicated on the course listing.

4B.3 Companion Source Code

Where a Video Course includes companion source code for its lessons, that code is licensed to you under the same terms as Section 4A above.

4B.4 Updates & Support

Buyers receive free access to updated lessons when a course is revised for major framework/library changes. Basic setup and troubleshooting support is available via email/WhatsApp.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking — as made available by Razorpay at the time of transaction.
• DigitalVerse does not store your full card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords.
• In the event of a payment failure, any amount debited by your bank is automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. DigitalVerse is not liable for banking delays during reversal.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Purchasing gift cards using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Attempting to purchase gift cards for the purpose of resale or arbitrage.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to make purchases.
• Attempting to manipulate, abuse, or exploit bonus credit offers.
• Providing false information during the purchase process.
• Chargebacks raised without first attempting resolution through our support channel.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Gift card credits, discounted voucher codes, Source Code Products, and Video Courses are all digital goods delivered instantly upon payment confirmation and are generally non-refundable once delivered/unlocked. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details on the circumstances under which a refund may be considered for each product type.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

DigitalVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's account and/or access to the gift card store if:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• The customer violates these Terms & Conditions.
• A chargeback is raised in bad faith.
• The customer provides false information.

In the event of account suspension, any unused gift card credits may be forfeited. DigitalVerse's determination in such cases is final.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• DigitalVerse's total liability for any claim arising from a gift card purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific purchase.
• DigitalVerse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this store or the gift card credits.
• DigitalVerse is not liable for issues with third-party discounted gift cards once the voucher code has been delivered to you.
• DigitalVerse is not liable for delays in bank reversals on failed transactions — these are governed by your bank and Razorpay's policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the DigitalVerse Gift Card Store — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of DigitalVerse and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission from DigitalVerse.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from gift card purchases shall first be attempted to be resolved through DigitalVerse's support channel (support@digitalverse.in). If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

DigitalVerse reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the gift card store after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
